At Carey Park Lawn and Garden Service, we are about helping you keep your lawns and gardens looking great. The worst thing you want is overgrown lawns and your gardens being overgrown with weeds.
We are a small business helping improve the look in our community, one Garden and lawn at a time.
Lawn Mowing
Lawn Mowing, Front and back, includes Whipper Snipping where the mower can't go, edging along paths. For the larger lawns we tackle them with our Ride on Mower
End of Lease Lawn Mowing: Having your lawns mowed at the end of your lease can help with getting your bond back.
Gardens
Weeding the garden is maybe one job everyone likes to avoid.
Our garden maintenance service will take that chore off your hands. The services we offer are,

Our gardening rates are $45 per hour, Min 2 Hours.

Both our push mower and ride on mower services are done with lawn clippings catcher. We do discount when use of your forgo bin for lawn or garden waste.

Yes, do provide a regular mowing service.
The charges can vary from job to job.
If the lawn is overgrown, we price based on the time and tools needed to get it to a mowable length, then we give it a final mow.
The regular mowing price is based on the size of the lawns.
Garden rates are based on an hourly rate, removal of garden weeds (the removal cost is removed if able to dispose of weeds in FOGO Bin)
Yes, sadly, the weather plays a big part in our work. When we book a job, we look at the weather forecast for that week so we can book around wet weather. If it turns out to be raining, we will contact you to arrange for the next fine day.
As we only need access to the outside of your home, you do not necessarily need to be home. You will need to be home on the following conditions:
Access to the back lawn/garden is blocked by a dog
Access to the back lawn/garden is through a garage or a locked gate
Under no Circumstances will our staff require access inside your home; our Job is outside.
We understand that those on a low income can't afford the high costs associated with hiring someone else to take care of their lawns or gardens. With that said, we base the pensioner rate on a case-by-case review.
No, we do not ask for payment before we do any work. Once the job is done, we will invoice you for the job.
As there is some out there who insist on payment up front and then do not show up to do the work you asked for, we warn our customers about this.
Remember, if asked to pay up front, choose another company to do the work.
We try to avoid accepting cash payments whenever possible. At the end of the Job, we send you an invoice with different payment options. Although we incur a fee for Credit Card payments, we do not pass this Fee onto the customer. We personally hate paying a surcharge for using cashless payments.
Please note though, if paying by cash, we do still send a nothing to pay invoice as a receipt for the cash payment.
The information we require is for our accounting software. Your email address is required for two main reasons,
So we can confirm your booking and email you before we arrive, or if we have to change days due to the weather.
